Branch Supervisor, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Henderson Branch: 9555 S. Eastern Avenue, Ste #150, Las Vegas, Nevada

Job Summary: Responsible for the supervision of the day-to-day operation of the branch, including both the Branch Operations and the Member Relations areas. Assists the Branch Manager in tracking the profitability and performance in achieving the branches assigned annual sales goals and service level standards. Supports in the coaching, training, and mentoring of the branch staff to achieve branch and individual performance goals and to develop skills in product knowledge, consultative selling, and member service. Participates in the growth of the branch by achieving assigned individual sales goals, service level standards, and SEG servicing and development. Minimum Qualifications: Associate of Arts (AA/AS) degree; four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive knowledge of loan underwriting process and requirements. Knowledge in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs required. Supervisory experience highly preferred. NMLS License required. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Contact Center Representative, Full-time

Department: Kaimuki Plaza: 3465 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu

Location: Contact Center

Job Summary: Performs Call Center responsibilities not limited to both teller services and member services for phone-in members in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: One (1) year certificate from college or technical school; six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have knowledge of and experience with customer service principles and practices, and administration and clerical processes. Six (6) months or more in a call center environment highly preferred. Must be proficient in relevant computer applications and possess keyboarding skills. Must have experience in the usage of office equipment such as telephone, calculator, copier, fax, etc. Knowledge of PC (personal computer), Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and other software applications as applicable. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Member Relations Specialist, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Fort Street Branch: 988 Fort Street Mall, Honolulu; Kahului Branch: 70 Ho’okele Street, Suite 1210, Kahului, Maui; Kaimuki Branch: 3625 Harding Avenue, Honolulu

Job Summary: Responsible for providing members with the highest level of service, assisting them with new accounts and loans, cross-selling of products and services, completing teller transactions and branch operational tasks. Assists in the daily, weekly, and monthly planning and execution of activities and assignments to help the branch stay on target to reach its annual sales, growth, and service goals. Demonstrates commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and positive attitude to achieve the highest standards of member service when performing duties and assignments. Minimum Qualifications: Must have detailed-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a minimum of two (2) years related experience and/or training. Six (6) months underwriting experience required; ability to analyze/understand credit reports and possess basic knowledge of bank underwriting. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Relief Teller, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Oahu Relief Pool

Job Summary: Performs relief teller services at various APFCU branches not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures (transaction processing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping). Demonstrates commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and a positive attitude to achieve high-level member satisfaction when performing duties and assignments. Strives to make each member interaction a positive and “wow” experience. Adapts to new work situations and settings quickly and is flexible in relocating to different branches throughout the week/day, as business requires. Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School Diploma required. Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or front-line customer service position and one (1) year cumulative cash handling experience. Knowledge of the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs. Valid Driver’s License and access to a motor vehicle. Must be able to work at any of the Oahu Branches in the region as assigned. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Teller, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Kaimuki Branch: 3625 Harding Avenue, Honolulu

Job Summary: Performs branch responsibilities not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures (transaction processing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping). Minimum Qualifications: Must have detail-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in sales or front-line customer service position and one (1) year cumulative cash-handling experience. Teller experience in a financial institution highly preferred. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
