2026 Annual Meeting
Our Annual Meeting will be called to order at 5:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time on Tuesday, March 17. For the fourth year in a row, the meeting will be held as a hybrid event, allowing members to attend online or in person.
As usual, exciting prize drawings will be held following the meeting.
The meeting will be administered online through the independent third-party provider CU Ballot, which has successfully supported our previous online Annual Meetings.
Joining Online
When signing in on March 17, you will be required to enter your birthdate and the last five digits of your Social Security number. All primary members with at least $5 in a savings account are eligible to attend virtually.
You may log in from a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device beginning at 4:30 p.m. HST. You will be placed in a virtual waiting room until the meeting begins at 5:00 p.m. HST.
*Registration for in-person attendance is offered to the first 25 members due to space limitations.
The Meeting
Members will be able to see and hear presentations from Board Chair Gary Iwai and President & CEO Vince Otsuka.
Online attendees’ cameras will not be displayed, and all participants will be automatically muted to prevent background noise and confusion.
Online attendees may submit questions by typing them on their computer or mobile device. In-person attendees may also ask questions during the meeting.
Members will be asked to vote on the Minutes of the 2025 Annual Meeting.
All members attending either virtually or in person will be eligible for the random prize drawings announced after the business portion of the meeting.
Board of Directors
Balloting for the Board of Directors will not be necessary, as there are three nominees for the three available seats. The nominees, listed alphabetically by surname, are:
